My this post is to specify the major differences between Android and Apple iOS .As we all know apple has launched iphone 5 with some greate features.Well now there is a tough competition rising day by day between apple and android.
There are some major differnces which may help you to differentiate between Android and Apple products
1.NEW MODELS AND DESIGNS (Android vs Apple):
In Android we can see alot of designs like Samsung Galaxy S1,S2,s3, HTC phones and Samsung tablet etc. Means we have lot of choice in android in having something that can actually satisfy us.
While as compare to android apple is lil bit slow in launching new products like we can see iphone 5 comes after a long time. May be it is a trick to get people attraction but i dont think so it is a good way.
2.Apps (Apple vs Android):
The above picture is showing what is hapening right now over the world. Android is now overtaking apple's iOS app store to lead in number of downloads apps.With 44% share vs Apple's 31% in world market.People who are using android are now dowloading more mobile programs than iphone and iPAD users overall despite the Android market have less apps than apple.The major reason of this sudden change is that mostly android apps are available freely over the market while iphone apps are not freely available. Due to this app lovers are moving to android phones.Google doesnot strictly police app approval like Apple does.
3.Operating system (Apple Vs Android):
Apple has an individual operating system reserved only for Apple products like iPhone, iPad, iPod and tablets. It has its very own unique operating system with no further categories. It is the sole proprietor for the Apple devices and still having the prominent position in industry among various mobile operating systems.
Android is derived from Linux and is further divided into different versions. You cannot say that one Android is similar to other there are variations like Cupcake, Donut, Éclair, Froyo, Ginger bread and Honey comb and future version is expected as ice-cream. All are slightly different from one another or you can differentiate them as old or new versions of Android.
4.Networking(Apple Vs Android):
Android is leading in this feature as it facilitates all community platforms to interact with others anywhere on any topic. Among these are facebook,twitter etc.You become the part of vast network and become the effective member of this global village whereas Apple has a limited social network and does nor promote globalism yet the part og this globe.
